Overall an amazing first experience in Southern Africa. You do need to be comfortable with camping and expect very long travel days (that may cause tension among travel mates), but the game drives and the unique landscapes are definitely worth the trip. Good balance between showing what Africa has to offer and bringing awareness of community based organizations. As always, Intrepid does an exemplary job!

Great trip giving an opportunity to see some the wildlife and beauty that Southern Africa and that the Okavango Delta holds. Sandile always kept us on point for the days activities and taught us about local history and cultures, the dishes Somkhelo prepared out of campsite kitchens while always on the move were amazing and Clayton made sure we reached our destinations safely and on time.

Such an amazing trip. I have been travelling for over 47 years including 4 other Intrepid trips and this rates as one of the best!! Sandile was an excellent tour leader. Always cheerful with so much knowledge and a great sense of humour. Somkelo cooked us the best meals ever. She has an amazingly cheerful disposition and is such a laugh. Clayton our driver is a real gentleman and was always so helpful. Saw an amazing array of animals and this trip will remain with me for the rest of my life.
