You can't go to Vietnam and not order at least one of everyone's favorite sandwich - the banh mi. Dating all the way back to the French colonial period, this fusion of French and Vietnamese cuisine is filled with vegetables, meat or tofu, a healthy helping of pate, and finished off with flavorful herbs.

As a female solo traveling to India for the first time, I had some reservations. But once I was picked up by intrepid transfer I felt completely fine! All my worries had left and I was able to focus on learning the vibrant culture and food of India. Pb did a great job showing us all the amazing chia wallahs, street food vendors, and rooftop restaurants throughout our tour. He was helpful with arranging things to see in our free time- so that we didn’t miss the tourist attraction's . I have all ready recommended this trip to friends, as you get the great diverse experience of Indian food as well as the well know landmarks and history.

What a wonderful trip. It is very fast-paced and you won’t believe you’ve only spent a week in Korea by the end. The included food (and there’s lots of it) was amazing. So much variety and very authentic meals. Our group got along great but our leader, Dennis, was the main reason this was such an enjoyable trip. What a legend. Book this trip and find out what a great country Korea is.

The Food offerings were so varied & great tasting. The scope of accommodations ranged from a rustic hannock to a temple to city hotels - basic & luxury. Add a great Leader like Dennis. Fun times.
