Tour and Flight Promotion offer  

1. The Tour and Flight Promotion offer on our website and other media channels (Offer) does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to book subject to availability and your acceptance of:  

(a) The Tour and Flight Promotion Terms and Conditions;  

(b) Our booking conditions, including our agency booking conditions; and  

(c) The terms and conditions contained within the Airfare Quote document, including our elected flight operator conditions of carriage which you should carefully review prior to booking.  

Availability and exclusions  

2. The Vietnam Flight + Tour applies to new bookings made and deposited between 24 February to 08 April for travel between 01 May 2024 to 30 November 2024 excluding 22 June 2024 to 19 July 2024, and 14 September – 11 October 2024, on Classic Vietnam (TVKT) or Premium Vietnam in Depth (TVPV) only. Package prices are based on availability, and we reserve our right to vary or withdraw them at any time. 

3. Vietnam Flight + Tour package is valid only for dates within the stated package duration, any amendments or extensions to either the Tour or the Flight component will void the package price.  

Pricing  

4. The price of the Vietnam Flight + Tour package includes per person; 

• Return economy-class flights with an airline of our election to the relevant tour’s start/finish city(s), ex Sydney or Melbourne. Surcharges may apply for flights departing other cities.  

• 15-day Classic Vietnam or Premium Vietnam in Depth tour, twin share. 

• All inclusions per tour itinerary. 

• One night accommodation pre-tour in Ho Chi Minh at an accommodation provider of our election.  

• Arrival and departure airport transfers. 

5. The price of the Vietnam Flight + Tour package does not include: 

• Additional transfers, flights or accommodation not stated in the deal offer. 

• Any additional fees or costs not specified, including but not limited to excess baggage, seat selection, flight upgrades. 

• Meals other than those specified in the Essential Trip Information. 

• Visa and passport fees. 

• Travel insurance. 

• Optional activities and all personal expenses. 

Booking process and booking confirmation  

1. To initiate the booking process, please contact one of our sales consultants on 1300 314 537 or email. Our sales consultant will provide you with a Quotation document.  

2. If you respond to a sales consultant confirming acceptance of the Quotation document, you will be provided with an Airfare Confirmation document. Once you complete the steps required within the Airfare Confirmation document and pay the Initial Deposit fee your booking will be confirmed.  

3. Flights will be booked with an airline of our election with luggage included. We cannot specify or guarantee a booking of an airline of your choosing. If you would like a specific airline, please request this at the time of purchase. Selected airlines may be subject to additional surcharges.  

Payment terms  

4. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your package booking (Initial Deposit). The remaining outstanding balance will be required 56 days before departure.  

5. Full payment is required to confirm your package booking if departing with 56 days.  

Other 

6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. 

7. Package components must be booked together and cannot be sold separately. 

8. There may be additional costs for land tours, additional on-board activities, additional flights, additional accommodation, transfers, flights, travel insurance to group bookings.  

9. Intrepid does not assume any responsibility or control for airline schedule change(s). Any additional costs incurred as a result will be at the traveller's expense. 

10. Package pricing is per person and subject to availability, and confirmation by both Intrepid Travel and the airline(s). 

11. This offer is only applicable to residents of Australia & New Zealand only in AUD & NZD. 

12. Credit Holders can use any valid discounts or promotions, except where we are honoring their original price. For more information about how to redeem your credit visit our Credit Redemption page. 

13. If you wish to cancel and rebook your trip or change dates outside the promotional period, you will be required to pay the full cost towards the new trip.

Availability and exclusions  

2. The Antarctica Flight + Cruise applies to new bookings made and deposited between 01 March to 30 April 2024 for travel on selected departures and cabin categories only. Package prices are based on availability, and we reserve our right to vary or withdraw them at any time. 

3. Antarctica Flight + Cruise package is valid only for dates within the stated package duration, any amendments or extensions to either the Tour or the Flight component will void the package price.

4. The price of the Antarctica Flight + Cruise package includes per person; 

• Return economy-class flights with an airline of our election to the relevant tour’s start/finish city(s), ex Sydney, Melbourne & Auckland. Surcharges may apply for flights departing other cities.  

• CAT 1 or CAT 4 twin share cabin onboard the Ocean Endeavour, on one of the following departures; 

• Shackleton’s Falklands, South Georgia and Antarctica Expedition; 30 October 2024 

• Best of Antarctica: Pristine Wilderness; 18 November 2024 

• Best of Antarctica: Pristine Wilderness; 27 November 2024

• Two nights accommodation (one night pre- / one night post-tour) in Buenos Aires at an accommodation provider of our election.
